Melvin López Báez | Managing Member, Real Estate Broker and Founder
Melvin López is an experienced professional with the following certifications & licenses:
- Real Estate Broker License
Mr. López obtained his Bachelor's and Master’s degree in Social Worker Administration from the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico and has more than 8 years of experience as an Administrator for property management serving common interest association for both condominiums and Access Control Communities.
While working as an administrator for several condominium and Urbanizations Mr. López found a new passion in Real Estate after recognizing the needs and struggles of clients while trying to find a home.
Albin Eberwein, CPA | Member, Real Estate Broker and Founder
Albin Eberwein is an experienced professional in the accounting field with the following certifications & licenses:
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- FMLI Level 1 Certificate (Fellow Management Life Insurance)
- Real Estate Broker License
Mr. Eberwein has over 10 years of experience in the public accounting sector working for one of the Big Four accounting firms serving clients (public and non-public) such as banks, insurance, retail, not-for-profit, manufacturing, distributing, and the pharmaceutical industry performing audit and attestation services.
Mr. Eberwein holds a bachelor’s degree in business with an accounting and finance concentration from the University of Puerto Rico. He is currently a member of the PR Society of CPAs and the Corporate Finance Institute.
